The short version

  • We only ask for what we need: your work email, and anything else you choose to tell us.
  • We use it to contact you about early access and to make and test your launch video.
  • When we study results to improve Deliveny, we look at them without your name or company attached.
  • Your data is stored with trusted providers, encrypted, and only our small team can open it.
  • We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never show your video publicly without your yes.
  • Write to support@deliveny.com at any time and we will show you or delete what we have about you.

Deliveny ("we", "us") makes launch videos from a company's website. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why, where it is kept and how you stay in control of it.

1. Joining the waiting list

What we collect: your email address. If you use the longer form, also your name, your website and a few words about what you are launching. All of it is optional except the email.

What we use it for: to tell you when early access opens, to talk with you about your launch, and to understand which kinds of companies are interested in Deliveny.

Spam protection: to stop bots, we look at your IP address for a short time to limit how often a form can be sent. It is not stored with your details.

2. Early access and product testing

Deliveny is still being tested. If you take part in early access and we make a video for you, we also use:

  • the public pages of the website you give us (to write the script and pick your colours and logo),
  • the materials you send us, such as your logo, screenshots or a script,
  • your feedback on the video, for example which parts and versions you picked.

We use this to make your video and to test and improve Deliveny. When we look at what worked and what did not, we work with the results in a form that does not identify you or your company. We do not publish your video, your materials or your company's name (for example as a reference or a case study) unless you agree to it in writing.

3. Using the Deliveny app

If you have an account in the Deliveny app, we also process:

  • Account details: your name, email and profile picture from our sign-in provider (Auth0).
  • Your content: videos, images, scripts and brand assets you upload to make videos.
  • Deliveny Recorder (browser extension): only while you record, which you start and stop yourself: the browser tab you chose, your microphone and where you click. It does not capture what you type, any other tab, or anything in the background. Recordings are used only to make your video.
  • Usage: which pages and features you use, so we can fix problems and improve the app.

4. Who helps us run Deliveny

We use a few trusted providers. Each one gets only what it needs for its job:

  • Supabase: database and file storage (encrypted)
  • Resend: sends email, including the note to our team when someone joins the waiting list
  • Upstash: the short-lived spam limit on our forms
  • Sentry: tells us when something breaks
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads: visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies
  • Auth0: sign-in to the app
  • OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen: writing scripts, voice and avatar features in the app, only when you use them

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. How we keep it safe

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored encrypted by our providers. Only the Deliveny team can open it, and only when it is needed for the reasons above. Temporary files used while a video is being made are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

6. How long we keep it

  • Waiting-list details: up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Early-access materials and videos: as long as we work together, then deleted on request.
  • Account and project data in the app: until you delete it or close your account.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw any consent you gave. Just write to support@deliveny.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you think we got something wrong, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use the cookies the site needs to work (for example to remember your cookie choice and keep you signed in to the app). Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.

9. Children

Deliveny is a tool for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date and, if you are on our list, let you know by email.
